Once your cart clears $99 the standard shipping line goes to zero automatically. The only threshold we run — no codes, no small print.

Dispatch timing
Orders placed before 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday are packed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends and public holidays, go out the next business day.
Our studio takes one working week off at Christmas each year. If that affects your order we’ll email you directly with an updated window.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. Once your order leaves the studio you’ll get an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s live status page.
We ship with Australia Post. Choose between Standard and Express at checkout — Express adds 1–2 days of speed for $3 more.
Packaging
Candles are wrapped in shredded recycled paper, double-boxed, and sealed with kraft tape. Glass vessels are padded all the way around. We send enough cushioning that a parcel can be dropped from knee height without a crack — because in transit, it will be.
All of our shipping materials are recyclable through your kerbside bin or local cardboard collection. No plastic fillers, no styrofoam, no plastic void-fill.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, typical carrier transit times to Australian addresses:
- NSW metro & Mid North Coast — 1–3 business days
- VIC, QLD, ACT — 2–5 business days
- SA, TAS — 3–6 business days
- WA, NT, regional — 5–10 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, freight holidays, and regional airport delays can stretch them. If your parcel is taking noticeably longer than the range above, email us and we’ll chase it.
Damaged or missing
If your order arrives broken or doesn’t arrive at all, email adminsusaaustralia@gmail.com within 14 days of dispatch with a photo (for damage) or your order number (for lost parcels).
We’ll replace the candle or refund the order, whichever you prefer. You don’t need to return the damaged one — photos are enough.
International shipping
We ship within Australia only at the moment. If you’re overseas and want to send candles to an Australian friend, use their address at checkout — we can include a handwritten note.
